Since November 2017, he has built a diverse pastry career, managing everything from baking donuts, cakes, pastries, and sandwiches to training both front-of- and back-of- house staff. In his spare time, Ethan enjoys going fishing and listening to music on walks. He is most excited to contribute towards maintaining high standards for quality control, especially in food handling and safety for consistent quality.
