🏗️ Project Highlight: Located in Los Angeles, the UCLA NeuroPsychiatric Replacement Hospital is on track to open in summer 2026. The new facility will house 119 beds for patients facing mental and behavioral health challenges. 🏥 The hospital consists of four interconnected buildings with varying floor-to-floor heights and construction types. Due to these height constraints, we implemented an innovative mechanical and plumbing design, using a vacuum waste system instead of a traditional gravity system and adding vertical duct risers. A key feature of the project is its all-electric system.🔋⚡️This supports decarbonization efforts by replacing gas-fired boilers and water heaters with air-cooled heat pumps, a heat recovery chiller, and an air-cooled chiller—offering both efficiency and flexibility. #PanPacificMechanical #FamilyLoyaltyRespect #WorkHardPlayHard #WinWorkBuildWork #OnePanPacific #Construction

Introducing our full mechanical fabrication shop in Roseville, California! 🧰 To support the new Kaiser Roseville Hospital project, we’ve set up a dedicated fabrication shop nearby—bringing mechanical, plumbing, and medical gas fabrication all under one roof. 🏭 By consolidating all trades in one location, we’re able to streamline workflows and improve collaboration, allowing MAC units and multi-trade components to move between trade partners faster and more efficiently. 🔄 Moving fabrication off-site to a centralized location not only increases productivity, but also improves quality control, reduces waste, and provides great value for our clients.
