Our poster, entitled "Machine Learning-Driven VHH Design: From Sequence to Binding Data in 5 Days", highlights Ordaos’ accelerated workflow for VHH discovery. We demonstrate how machine learning generated sequences can be expressed, purified, and functionally characterized via SPR, all within 5 days. By combining cell-free expression, plate-based purification, and high-throughput kinetics, we’re bridging in silico design with experimental validation at unprecedented speed. Big kudos to the amazing team at Ordaos who, in less than a year, developed an ultrafast workflow that enables us to generate over 1,800 kinetic and affinity data points per week, greatly accelerating the design/test cycle to create the next generation biotherapeutics. #PEGSummit
