Hip here, CEO of NOT BAD. MURDER in Marketing is live. 🔪 Your friends should know, I hear they’re influential. Find it on @ murdermarketing socials (you know, IG, tiktok, YT) all three. I don't make the rules, I just pay for them. And occasionally toast with not rosè. In ep 2 my marketing team raises a glass to their favorite moments with their CEO. It's very moving. Brief, too. Under two minutes, by order of management. If we did that for Alexander Atzberger at Optimizely, it’d run an hour and he’d still ask for one more speaker. Made with the creatives: Dan Reid & Julianne DeVincenzo and Caspian Studios. They did the creative work. I approved it confidently.

The brief said, “Make it bold.” So we made a murder mystery. Murder in Marketing is here: a dark comedy about a marketing team, one CEO, and a suspect list that looks a lot like your last campaign kickoff. Killer content. The first 12 episodes are live now. Short, vertical, and made for watching on your phone between meetings. Murder in Marketing on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube.

Why does collaboration feel so hard? Optimizely’s Imran M Yousuf said what we’d all been circling: everything we work in was designed for people working with people, before AI came to the table. Mentions, comment threads, approval chains, the Monday standup. All of it assumes everyone in the loop is human. AI showed up later as a private chat window, so we use it solo and paste the output back. Our agentic experimentation report found the same across 900 companies: AI’s impact is stuck at the individual level. We’re building Optimizely’s Agent Platform for the team you have now. Human-to-human, human-to-AI, and AI-to-AI collaboration in one place, grounded in shared org and brand context. Virtual Teammates pursue goals alongside your marketers, and a person approves at the moments that matter. Example from our own team: Lauren Hammarstedt’s AMA roadmap deck started with Mark, Optimizely's AI, pulling from several sources. A product marketing Virtual Teammate took the first pass, Alex Whitney added input, someone reviewed. One shared thread. What makes it work: — Goal-aware agents that start without being prompted — Values-aware agents that know what your company would never say — Human-in-the-loop by design — Shared threads and artifacts, not pasted AI output — Team-level measurement: does everyone ship more together? Collaboration got its slow, painful reputation because the tools were built for a team with no AI on it. Yours has AI on it now, and the tools can keep up.

Anna asked her AI agent to find pet insurance for her cat, Apollo (hi, Apollo! 🐱) It checked two sites. One was built for agents and one wasn’t. Over half of internet traffic is already non-human, and agents are bringing hidden demand to your checkout. Websites now need to work for humans and agents. Is your site ready for Anna Pleshakova’s agent? https://lnkd.in/eSUz5-tk
