One of the things I love about Quince is that the team is focused intensely on delivering results, and despite our size, it still feels like many parts of our business are still #iykyk (which means more opportunity for growth): our customers take pride in being Quince insiders. This photo from our recent Off-Site reminded me how global our team has become and how fast we've grown. A few other lasting impressions from our 2025 Off-Site: 1. 𝗧𝗿��𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼. Protecting customer trust cuts across all departments and all functions from quality to logistics. 2. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: "If you don't touch the work, you shouldn't lead the team". Knowing the details to make good decisions AND keeping the vantage point to set strategy and clear goals is good leadership. Sit at the front of the boat and pull together. 3. A reminder of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 to enable lightning speed, solutions for creative assets, and excellent customer experiences. So many tools to play with - a new favorite: openart.ai 4. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁. That's it. 5. Our recent offsite was the perfect opportunity to reconnect, reflect on our growth, and align on how we'll continue to support Quince's exciting journey ahead.
