With over 30 years of culinary and operational expertise, and a legacy with Omni that began in 1998, Daven has shaped some of our most celebrated dining experiences. During his time at Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa, Daven launched signature initiatives like the Sprouting Project and the acclaimed Fish to Fork weekend. In his role as Director of Food & Beverage, he prioritized developing talent and setting new standards in F&B excellence. Jeff Leduc has been promoted to General Manager of Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa! Jeff brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to this role, including 25 years in hotel leadership and an impressive tenure at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Since joining Omni in 2022 as Resort Manager, Jeff has led with a commitment to excellence, completing our Executive in Development program, supporting fellow properties as a Task Force General Manager, and fostering a culture of growth and development. His deep operational knowledge and leadership style make him the perfect fit to lead one of our most iconic resorts. We are excited for what the future holds under Daven’s and Jeff’s continued leadership. We’re proud to share some exciting leadership promotions across the Omni Hotels & Resorts portfolio! Please join us in congratulating these exceptional leaders on their new roles and wishing them continued success. Michael Medeiros has been promoted to Managing Director of Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa. He joins the Mount Washington team from Omni William Penn Hotel, where he spent the last two years as General Manager. Michael brings over 35 years of hospitality experience with more than 13 years of experience as a General Manager. Prior to his time with Omni, Michael held several leadership positions with Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, notably as the General Manager for Royal Sonesta Boston and Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach. Carrie Gayle has been appointed General Manager of Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa. Carrie has been a valued member of the Omni family since 2015, holding the roles of Director of Catering and Conference Services, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Director of Operations at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. Most recently, she was the Director of Operations at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Carrie served as a Petty Officer Third Class before beginning her hospitality career. Dave Han will be stepping into the role of General Manager of Omni San Francisco Hotel . Dave brings over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience and has been part of the Omni family since 2015, most recently as the General Manager of Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale. Before becoming a General Manager, Dave held the roles of Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Operations at The Omni King Edward Hotel, and he was the Opening Hotel Manager at the Omni Boston Hotel as the Seaport. Prior to his time with Omni, he held several Food & Beverage and Operations roles with notable hospitality companies. With $1.5 billion planned for development and renovations over the next five years, Omni is committed to investing in what matters most: creating exceptional guest experiences. By owning and operating the majority of our properties, we’re able to control every detail, from architecture and design to service and amenities, and deliver a consistent, elevated standard across our portfolio. Omni is also deeply committed to group business, with about half of our overall bookings coming from meetings and events. Properties like Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa and the upcoming Omni Fort Lauderdale are designed with these guests in mind, offering expansive meeting space alongside lifestyle-driven amenities. We are pleased to celebrate the golf events that we have recently hosted across our renowned portfolio of championship courses. As the Official Hotel of the PGA TOUR and PGA of America, the Omni Golf Collection played host to some of the most exciting moments in the game, from collegiate championships to family-friendly competitions and world-class tournaments. At Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, we welcomed the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships on the recently renovated Champions Course, masterfully redesigned by Gil Hanse. It was an honor to host the next generation of golf’s elite in such a historic setting for the second year, and we look forward to our continued partnership with the NCAA through 2028. The inaugural Omni Generation Cup brought families together at 12 of our golf destinations, culminating in a national championship event at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa. Designed to celebrate golf across generations, this unique series created unforgettable moments for players of all ages. We are thrilled to announce that season two of the Generation Cup will tee off on July 12 on The Old Course at Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa, with 12 qualifying events followed by the National Championship to be played early summer 2026. And at Fields Ranch East at Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, we had the privilege of hosting the 2025 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, where the world’s top women golfers competed on one of the most acclaimed new courses in the country.
