42 Years, One Incredible Journey 🎉 Last week, we witnessed something truly special at the Cboe (Cboe Global Markets) - our colleague, David Glynn, rang the closing bell, marking the end of an extraordinary 42-year career as a floor trader in Chicago. Think about that for a moment: Four decades. Ten presidents. The rise of the internet. The birth of smartphones. Through it all, David was there on the trading floor, navigating market highs and lows, building relationships, and mastering his craft. In an industry that's seen massive technological transformation - from open outcry to electronic trading - David represents the human element that has always been at the heart of the markets. His dedication reminds us that behind every number, every trade, every market movement, there are real people with real stories. 42 years of tracking the markets. 42 years of split-second decisions. 42 years of dedication to excellence. Here's to David Glynn - a testament to what longevity, expertise, and passion can accomplish. Congratulations on an incredible career!

🍕 🏃 Our New York team recently came together for two incredible team-building experiences that capture what we're about at Old Mission – excellence and collaboration. Last month they represented our firm in the JPMorganChase Challenge in Central Park. Our runners laced up their sneakers and hit the pavement alongside thousands of other professionals. Whether they were setting personal records or just enjoying the energy of the crowd, every team member crossed that finish line with pride.   Earlier this week, they traded their running shoes for aprons at a hands-on pizza making class at Pizza School NYC! Watching their quantitative minds tackle the art of dough stretching and sauce distribution was a great reminder that the best teams are built on shared experiences and genuine connection. At Old Mission, we believe that strong relationships fuel strong performance. Whether we're analyzing market data or perfecting our pizza toss technique, it's the people beside us that make all the difference. Cheers to our NYC team – you bring your A-game to everything you do! 🏃 🍕
