Today, Seaport Entertainment Group had the honor of ringing the NYSE Closing Bell, celebrating one year since the company’s launch. It was a proud moment to reflect on what this team has built in just 12 months: reimagining iconic destinations, creating experiences that bring people together, and laying the foundation for what’s next. Huge thanks to the New York Stock Exchange for helping us celebrate this milestone in such a memorable way. This weekend, Las Vegas Ballpark hosted the Annual Battle for Vegas Charity Softball Game, a beloved matchup between local celebrities and players from the Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders, all stepping up for a good cause.     While Team Bowers and the Raiders edged out a 29–26 victory this year over Team Eichel and the Golden Knights, the biggest winner is the Las Vegas community. Fans rallied for their favorite teams and players, and for something greater. More than $155,000 was raised for incredible local organizations including Make-A-Wish Nevada and Best Buddies. Since the event’s inception in 2019, more than $1 million has been raised for Las Vegas organizations. We’re honored to have played host and are already looking forward to next year’s battle.

What an incredible Independence Day celebration it was in New York! From an unforgettable party at Tin Building to the non-stop buzz on the cobblestones, the energy was electric. And, with the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks display over the Brooklyn Bridge and East River, the celebration captivated guests of all ages. Many thanks to our partners and community, including Macy's and the City of New York, who collaborated to bring this incredible event to the Seaport.

As of this morning, Seaport Entertainment Group is officially trading on the NYSE, after uplisting from the NYSE American.  This milestone expands our reach to a broader investor base and reinforces our commitment to building long-term value for shareholders.  Our common stock will continue to trade under the symbol SEG.  

This week, we proudly welcome Emmanuel Cornet as our new Executive Vice President of Hospitality. With nearly 25 years of experience across some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including Mandalay Bay, Bellagio, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Emmanuel brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for service excellence.     In his new role, he will lead Seaport Entertainment Group’s Hospitality team, focusing on delivering an exemplary guest experience, driving operational innovation and building efficiencies for strategic growth.      We’re thrilled to have Emmanuel on board and look forward to the exciting journey ahead. 

Congratulations to our Las Vegas Aviators, Triple-A affiliate of the Athletics, on officially clinching a spot in the 2025 Pacific Coast Leage Playoffs for the first time since 2019. The team is having a tremendous season and we are proud of everyone on the field and behind the scenes whose passion and hustle are at the heart of it all. The Las Vegas Aviators are delivering a season to remember, contending in the Pacific Coast League and catching the attention of MLB. On Tuesday, May 13, Anton Nikodemus and Matt Partridge led SEG’s Q1 earnings webcast. During the webcast, they shared the Company’s plan to develop approximately 17,500-square feet of event space on the fourth floor of Pier 17. This new event space (with capacity for up to 800 guests) features sweeping panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, East River, and Brooklyn skyline and has direct connectivity to The Rooftop at Pier 17 venue. With a combined capacity for more than 3,000 guests, Pier 17 will offer one of the largest and most unique event spaces in New York City.
