If you’re looking to build a smart #LLM, you need a knowledge graph. RAG + a knowledge graph: A powerful combination to organize your structured and unstructured data so that your LLM can give contextual answers. The key to start? Hosted a new Pink Programming Sunday! Pink Programming works towards a more gender-equal tech industry. Participants studying tech, working in tech, or considering a career shift joined us for a hands-on session building a chatbot with #Cypher. Beyond the coding, it was about creating space, sharing stories, and showing that there’s no single path into engineering. A big thank you to everyone who spoke, mentored, and supported the day! We’re proud to keep supporting initiatives that help make tech more inclusive! #Neo4j #WomeninSTEM #WomenInTech #GraphTechnology Katja Bregenzer Gemma Lamont Linnéa Andersson Jennie Hellqvist Emelie Bondesson Jane Yang Michaela JohanssonMarie Gaillard

In a recent IT Brief Australia article, Peter Philipp, Sales Director, ANZ, highlights how leading Australian businesses are tackling customer churn by modelling customer behaviour as a connected graph. "By visualising the relationships between complex data points, businesses are able to access a much richer and more accurate understanding of churn drivers, allowing them to predict who is most in danger of leaving and why, and providing early points of intervention to make things right with the customer before the relationship passes the point of no return." https://bit.ly/3OBlvt4 TechDay Australia Adrianna Dyczkowsky Caroline De Souza

We recently launched Aura Agent to GA. Within days, the Neo4j Community ran a "Build a Tiny Aura Agent Challenge" — and the submissions proved exactly what developers could do with it. I had the privilege of judging, and the bar was high. Here are the winners: 🥇 First Place — PagerDruid by Jose Luis Latorre A "blameless" on-call agent that diagnoses incidents by reasoning over microservice dependency graphs, runbooks, and incident history. With a surprisingly lean graph schema and a small set of focused tools, it helps SREs identify incidents, trace multi-hop dependencies, and understand blast radius — in a way that standard RAG simply can't replicate. Elegant in its constraints. Powerful in its output. (check out the screenshots) 🥈 Second Place — Melbourne Property Arbitrage Detector by Paras Sitoula House hunting reframed as an arbitrage problem. This agent links school performance, suburbs, and property prices to surface hidden opportunities. Patterns that would be nearly invisible without a graph. 🥉 Third Place — ConceptCompass by @bhattacharya.ananya0 Startup validation transformed from gut feeling into structural analysis. It models the relationships between Ideas, Problems, User Types, and Existing Solutions — then navigates that space to answer questions most founders want to answer: "Does this idea solve a problem that already has dominant competitors?" or "Which specific user pain points remain unmet by current solutions?" A lean graph. A few focused tools. A very strategic agent. All three showed practical use cases that could go to production tomorrow. A huge Thank you to Ari Waller for organizing the challenge and keeping the Neo4j community so engaged with our new products! Curious what you could build? Missed our live session on Neo4j Aura Agent? 👀 A few days ago, we livestreamed a deep dive with Zachary Blumenfeld on how to build intelligent, production-ready #AI agents in minutes. AI agents often fail where it matters most: accuracy, explainability, and reliability at scale. The issue isn’t the model, but the missing context and complex deployment. With the GA of the Neo4j Aura Agent, you can build ontology-driven AI agents grounded in your enterprise knowledge graph, making them accurate, explainable, and ready for production from day one. In the session, we cover: • What Neo4j Aura Agent is and how to use it • Why ontology-driven AI is critical for trustworthy agents • How to deploy production-ready agents in minutes If you’re building AI agents and want them to actually work in the real world, this webinar is worth your time. Packed house for our context graph meetup in SF. We had amazing talks from Jessica Talisman, William Lyon, Yann BILIEN, Dave Bennett, and a closing panel lead by Nyah Macklin and featuring Emil Eifrem. if you are building an app with an Agentic architecture and not using context graphs as the knowledge layer, you are missing out on more accurate and relevant answers, easier development, and an explainable Agentic architecture. Look forward to our context graph explainer video we started recording tonight. 🤖🔵🗯️ All the recordings are available online. Check them out here: https://lnkd.in/gsy8JSSf

Building AI-ready systems starts with the right data foundation. Join Jesús Barrasa for a webinar and learn how domain modeling and ontology integration strengthen graph schema design by embedding meaning, context, and shared understanding directly into your knowledge graph. You’ll discover: • How domain modeling and ontologies create scalable, semantically rich data foundations • Why a formal semantic layer improves consistency, clarity, and interoperability • How #AI can accelerate modeling, enhance semantic alignment, and support schema evolution Whether you’re designing a new graph or evolving an existing one, this webinar will help you build connected data models that are truly AI-ready.
