𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆⭐ We are proud to announce a major milestone: our Renewables and Fuels business has been awarded a multi-year contract by the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), part of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), to supply JP-10 and PF-1: two of the most advanced, high-energy propellants in the world. This award reaffirms Monument’s growing role in supporting critical national defense missions with fuels that meet the most demanding performance and reliability standards. In October 2024, Astrea Energy came to Monument Chemical with a big ask: Could we quickly ramp up production of Methyl Cyclohexane — a crucial ingredient in their formulations — after one of their suppliers shut down? Our answer? 𝗬𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻. Thanks to seamless collaboration among our businesses, we moved fast, delivered on spec, and are now the only domestic supplier of this critical material. And that’s just the beginning.
