We’re excited to share that Merge has been named a Sample Vendor in the API aggregator category of the Gartner® Hype Cycle™ for APIs, 2025 report for two consecutive years! We believe this recognition enhances Merge’s leadership in shaping the unified API space and supporting the rapid growth of both AI and B2B software and platforms. We look forward to continuing to lead the API aggregator (i.e., unified API) space as it matures!

Not every product win comes from launching something shiny and new. Sometimes it’s the unglamorous systems work, the messy, cross-functional, behind-the-scenes kind that quietly transforms your company. This integration overhaul was one of those moments for me. It helped us reduce churn, improve onboarding, and shift toward a more data-driven culture. But just as importantly, it taught me a lot about what it takes to build integrations that actually scale. Thanks to my incredible dev & design team (and to Merge) for being amazing partners through it all. If you’re a PM curious about integration work, I hope this is helpful: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/enU85tQt #ProductManagement #Growth #Scaling #Integrations
The most impactful product work often isn’t the flashiest. Sometimes, it’s a behind-the-scenes overhaul that quietly changes everything. Former product leader from 15Five & HP, Laura Cristobal Boyer, shares how a broken integration system was costing her company customers, and how fixing it unlocked growth, retention, and trust. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/enU85tQt #ProductManagement #Strategy

Ever tried building over 40 integrations at once? Neither had Foxit. Then they met Merge. Instead of building one-off integrations for each system their eSignature platform needed to support, Foxit plugged into Merge and shipped in record time, with full SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, reliable, instantaneous syncs, and a dev team that didn’t hate life. As the legendary product mind Nake Sekander said: "Merge has enabled our team to add integrations 10x faster. We’ve also been able to save our engineers hundreds of hours every year by adding integrations more efficiently and by using Merge to maintain them on our behalf." Case study here if you're curious how they did it: https://lnkd.in/eSTxri2n

Huge congratulations to the incredible Ramp team. One of the first companies to take a chance on Merge and make us better, and we will never forget that. ✨
Ramp has reached a new valuation: $22.5 billion. To our 40,000+ customers: we’re deeply grateful for you trusting us with your finances. To our team: we still serve just 1.5% of businesses in the US. 98.5% to go.

Does MCP stand for Marketing Crappy Products or Might Crash Promptly? Neither, but both accurately describe companies rushing out "official" MCP servers that lack any quality control. We're seeing more: - Servers that throw errors for basic actions - Tools that LLMs are unable to properly select because of ambiguous descriptions - Security flaws and vulnerabilities And these are in official MCP releases from Fortune 500s. Merge is solving this. Stay tuned: https://lnkd.in/eRW6ahUS

Since I've joined Merge in December, the company has been on a tear. We've closed deals with the #1 AI company, the #1 bank, and the #1 payment processor. And we’re only halfway through the year. Now, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing to fuel our momentum. Plus the marketing team is super fun (and nice). Come join us: https://lnkd.in/e8DfjSyb
