As we head into an exciting weekend of Pride, here’s a look into a few ways the Mammoth Brands team has been celebrating in support of our LGBTQ+ community throughout June! Thanks to our Pride Employee Resource Group, we’ve had a month full of engaging and educational programming. A few highlights: keynote speaker Madison Butler 🏳️🌈🦄 joined us to discuss championing the LBGTQ+ community and redefining authenticity in leadership, and Chief Growth Officer, Randy Yang, moderated an internal panel where members of our team shared perspectives on queer joy and how community helps them thrive. In addition to celebrating with our team, we’ve always prioritized making a real impact in the world as part of our social mission, with a focus on mental health and wellness. We’re proud to be longstanding partners of The Trevor Project, with over $2.1M donated to the organization to date, and work with them all year-round on initiatives that have directly connected over 40K LGBTQ+ youth to lifesaving care. Happy Pride!

Personal Care Product Manufacturing
The modern CPG company behind Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Formerly Harry’s Inc.
About us
Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We’ve built a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community. We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands built by dedicated, entrepreneurial teams that live and breathe their millions of customers every day. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more. That better serves its customers, employees, and community.

This week at Mammoth Brands, our African Ancestry Collective (AAC) Employee Resource Group hosted a special Juneteenth Fireside Chat with a distinguished panel of industry leaders: Alyssa Harvey Dawson, former Chief Legal Officer at Hubspot, Nicole Reboe, Chief Executive Officer at Rich Talent Group, and Nick Caldwell, Chief Product Officer at Peloton. The conversation focused on the concept of “permission” and what it means to step up as a leader (before a title may tell you to), and the barriers that come with embracing authenticity and making an impact on your own terms. A massive thank you to our guests for sharing their invaluable insights, and to our team for organizing such an inspiring dialogue as we reflect on the legacy of Juneteenth and head into the National Holiday!

BIG news on Harry's front! Harry’s Plus launched today. It's an innovation that's taken a decade to create and delivers on the brand promise that our co-founders Jeffrey Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield made when they launched Harry's in 2013: exceptional quality and a great value. It's a huge milestone and the ultimate example of our mission to Create Things People Like More. Be sure to check out the campaign film below (starring members of the Harry’s team!) to watch 10 years of history in under 3 minutes. https://lnkd.in/gSfSyPh2
Exciting news: today we’re launching Harry’s Plus, the biggest innovation in Harry’s history. It’s taken us 10 years to make and we’re so excited to finally introduce it to the world. Here's a letter that our co-founders Jeffrey Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield wrote to our customers and a campaign film we made to celebrate. ------------------------ Dear Harry’s customers, Since the beginning, our goal has been to give you the best possible shaving experience at an honest price. For the past decade, we’ve been hard at work making our our best razor ever: Harry’s Plus. It’s a whole new razor system with an advanced pivoting cartridge to effortlessly adapt to the contours of your face, 5 German-engineered blades that shave progressively closer to your skin, a lubricating strip with aloe for enhanced smoothness, and an ergonomic metal handle. We’ve tested it ourselves (a lot), and it’s the best razor we’ve ever used (we’re clearly biased, but it’s true). We can’t wait for you to try it. All the best, Jeff & Andy PS. Here’s a video of our last 10 years in under 3 minutes. Please excuse the acting. Enjoy. https://lnkd.in/gSfSyPh2

We are so honored that Mammoth Brands has been named the Corporation of the Year by Engage for Good for their 2025 Halo Awards. Social impact is central to how we operate as a company, team, and a family of brands, and has been a core part of our DNA since we launched Harry's in 2013. Through our partnerships with nonprofits, we’ve been able to make a real world impact on the lives of millions of people, and have donated over $20 million to date. Now, with the creation of our impact fund, Mammoth Good, we have a goal to reach 3.4 million people—that’s 1% of the U.S. population—in the next 10 years. Thank you so much to Engage for Good for this huge recognition. We can't wait to celebrate with the social impact community next week at #EFG2025 in Palm Springs.
🏆 Congratulations to Mammoth Brands (formerly known as Harry's Inc.), named the 2025 Halo Award Corporation of the Year! The Corporation of the Year Halo Award is our highest honor. It recognizes a company that puts purpose at the center of how it does business. This award celebrates a company that creates real impact in the world while building a stronger, more resilient business in the process. Mammoth Brands is a standout example of what it looks like to build a purpose-led brand from the inside out. From their 1% give-back model to changing the state of men’s mental health through increasing access to care , they have shown that when purpose is part of the business model, it leads to trust, loyalty, and long-term growth. Congratulations Andy Katz-Mayfield, Jeffrey Raider, and Maggie Hureau! 🎉 We’re honored to celebrate Mammoth Brands at #EFG2025 this April in Palm Springs. We’re so excited to welcome John Butcher to the team as the new CEO of our global Harry's and Flamingo brands. John brings nearly 30 years of consumer experience to the table, most recently as the CEO of Caribou Coffee. He’s also no stranger to our brands—during his 20 year tenure at Target, he played an integral role in our launch into retail, and in turn contributed to the playbook that’s come to define Mammoth Brands today. We couldn’t think of a better person to help Harry’s and Flamingo grow into this next phase, and reach millions more customers. You can read more about John’s role and how he’ll work alongside our Mammoth Brands co-founders and co-CEOs Jeffrey Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield on our company blog https://lnkd.in/dPG9rtN6
After 8 highly-caffeinated years at the incomparable Caribou Coffee, I'm ecstatic to share that I've joined Mammoth Brands as the new CEO of Harry's and Flamingo! I was a small part of introducing Harry's to the US retail market about 10 years ago so I've seen firsthand what this dynamic and bold team can do. As I've met more of the incredible people that make the magic happen at Harry's and Flamingo, my excitement for the impact that we can have together is off the charts! 🪒 🦩

Today, we’re excited to reintroduce ourselves as Mammoth Brands. We chose this name because it reflects the size and scale of our vision, and the business we’ve been building for the last several years. Mammoths also hold a special place in our company history as a beloved icon of our first brand, Harry's. 12 years into our journey, we are so much more than a shaving company. We’re a portfolio of brands: Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We’re a team of over 1,000 people, and we’re the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. We built the Harry’s brand differently, and in the process, we created something bigger: a new model, playbook, and platform that could help modern brands grow and scale. We’ve seen that come to life with Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Mammoth Brands will continue to be a home for founders, brands, and talent that share our mission to “Create Things People Like More.” Even as we grow, and welcome more brands into the family, there are a few things we won’t be changing. Our top priority is to "Do Big Better" - to grow as a company without losing what makes us special: the scrappy, people-first approach that's gotten us to where we are today and made Mammoth Brands a company that customers, employees, and communities like more. We’re excited for what the next chapter holds! You can read more about what we’ve been up to, and our vision for the future in today's New York Times DealBook: https://lnkd.in/g_ZGrhZh
