It’s an exciting new chapter of growth for Beyond Yoga®, from opening its first brick-and-mortar stores and expanding product lines, to launching a new brand identity and website — all contributing to its 12% brand growth in Q2’25. Today, the brand announced the latest move in its growth strategy with the unveiling of Seek Beyond, a new brand platform redefining modern wellness through the lens of movement, mindfulness and connection. Seek Beyond represents the Beyond Yoga® brand’s evolution, championing growth in all its forms with confidence, authenticity and joy at the heart of the journey. Launching alongside the new Beyond Yoga® Outdoor product collection, Seek Beyond launches with an original anthem written and narrated by writer, producer, actress and entrepreneur Issa Rae, setting the tone for a launch grounded in real stories and real people. “Seek Beyond is an invitation to embrace the joy of the journey — whatever that might look like,” said Nancy Green, CEO of Beyond Yoga®. “This platform reflects how our community shows up: with openness, with heart and with a deep belief that movement is more than just physical — it’s how we grow.” Watch the anthem below, and stay tuned for more updates, including community activations featuring a wide range of movers, in the coming months. Today marks an exciting new chapter for Beyond Yoga. We’re proud to launch Seek Beyond, our new brand platform rooted in our purpose: to inspire joy in the journey of well-being and in how we live, grow and connect. When I joined Beyond Yoga, I spoke with our co-founders about the brand’s origin: a belief that well-being should be inclusive and that everyone is welcome to come as they are. Seek Beyond builds on that foundation. It’s about the joy that comes from growth and expansion, and about valuing progress over perfection as we try new things - cultivating a healthy mind, body and connection. Now more than ever, people are craving meaningful experiences with their communities. I’m excited about how we’re bringing Seek Beyond to life through our partnership with Issa Rae, who helped shape and author our anthem with authenticity, humor, and heart and a broader community of inspiring movers. From Megan Roup (The Sculpt Society Founder) and Evelynn Escobar (Hike Clerb Founder) to Krissy Jones (Skyting Yoga Co-Founder), Danielle Burnett (Big Girls Who Run LA Co-Founder), Dale Samson, Miwa Sakamoto, and Annie Little, these individuals are creating space for connection and growth in their own communities. A big thank you to Katie Babineau for your leadership in bringing this to life, to the incredible teams across Beyond Yoga, Invisible Dynamics for your creativity and YARDNYC for your strategic partnership. We can’t wait to see how our community and fans #seekbeyond.

When our design team kept hearing that our curvier fans couldn’t find baggy jeans that fit properly around the waist, they saw an opportunity to create one product that could deliver on both fronts — and deliver they did. Enter the Cinch Baggy jean, a straight-leg baggy jean with adjusters on the back to provide wearers the flexibility to style the jeans low-rise or high-waisted while eliminating the waist gap and creating a true “tailored-to-you” fit. “When it comes to jeans, versatility is key, especially in today’s denim era,” shared Jill Guenza, VP, Design Women’s Apparel at Levi’s®. “We wanted to create a jean that works for every body type, while giving people the flexibility to adapt their look for any occasion. And we needed to do it in a way that felt authentic to us and to our history.” The response was overwhelmingly positive, and in early March alone, TikTok search volume for the jean hit over 200 million, with influencers and everyday shoppers alike raving about the versatility and fit. Learn more about the Cinch Baggy and how we're prioritizing keeping our fans at the center of everything we do. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/grX7gtGs

It's a powerful thing when a bold strategy comes to life driven by the creativity, commitment and execution of an exceptional team. That's what we're seeing at Levi Strauss & Co. in the Q2 results we announced today.  We delivered another standout quarter, exceeding expectations across sales, margins and earnings per share. What’s especially gratifying is that our momentum is broad-based, cutting across the business. It’s DTC and wholesale. Digital and brick-and-mortar. Domestic and international. Women's and men's. Tops and bottoms.      This represents real progress in our efforts to rewire every part of our business while staying true to the values that have defined us for more than 170 years. We’ve also made tough, strategic decisions – like the sale of Dockers® – to sharpen our focus on the Levi’s® brand, the engine driving our future.     Over the past quarter — and the past 18 months — we've strengthened our foundations, setting ourselves up for even better days ahead. To my mind, our recent performance demonstrates that LS&Co. is now better positioned than ever to navigate what’s ahead and continue growing and thriving.      To our teams and our fans: thank you. You make all of this possible.

  • Today, Levi Strauss & Co. announced financial results for Q2 FY25. “We delivered another strong quarter, reflecting broad-based strength across the board — clear evidence that our strategic agenda is gaining traction,” said Michelle Gass, president and CEO of Levi Strauss & Co. “We’re entering the second half of 2025 from a position of strength as our ambition to transform into a denim lifestyle brand and best-in-class DTC retailer becomes our reality. Levi’s® is a brand that has a rich 172-year heritage and remains a global icon. As we look ahead, Levi’s® has an even bolder future with a bigger legacy — and quarter by quarter, we’re building it.” For full results, visit ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gYstUYPR

Thank you Steven W. Begley and the full team at McKinsey & Company. I was honored to join so many thoughtful and forward-looking finance leaders at the 2025 Global CFO Forum. Events like these are a powerful reminder of how much the role of CFO continues to evolve and expand– from managing risk and performance to driving growth, transformation and innovation.   I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience and discuss the truly remarkable work we’ve done at Levi Strauss & Co. over the last nearly 13 years while continuing to transform into a DTC-first denim lifestyle retailer.

I was pleased to host a discussion with Harmit Singh, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial and Growth Officer at Levi Strauss & Co. at McKinsey’s #2025GlobalCFOForum. His 38-year finance journey and role in transforming a 172-year-old icon captivated a room of more than 90 group CFOs from around the world. Harmit's approach redefines the CFO mandate, explicitly embracing his dual role as Chief Growth Officer. As he put it, "A lot of us look at the glass half empty, and that's the job of CFO. I've always looked at the glass half full first." This growth-first mindset underpins his leadership in driving holistic business transformation – from taking Levi's public and digitizing during COVID, to its current pivot as a D2C-first powerhouse. Harmit emphasized, "I don't want this to be just a cost transformation. I want to ensure it's able to accelerate revenue, drive efficiency, automation, AI, and deliver higher working capital." Harmit's journey highlights that today's CFO is increasingly an architect of enterprise-wide change, leading growth, transformation, and strategy. How are you expanding the CFO role in your organization to drive comprehensive business transformation and growth? #2025GlobalCFOForum #CFO #LeviStrauss #FinanceLeadership #BusinessTransformation #GrowthStrategy #GlobalTalent #Innovation #Leadership

  • We have many reasons to celebrate the city of San Francisco at LS&Co. That’s why this Pride Month, while our efforts span the globe and our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community is year-round, we drew inspiration from our hometown — partnering with San Francisco organizations and celebrating the city’s vibrant LGBTQ+ community.   From marching in the annual S.F. Pride Parade, to volunteering to raise the 30th annual Pink Triangle and celebrating with activations at our Levi’s® Market Street store with local artists and community partners, discover how LS&Co. employees celebrated Pride alongside friends, family and the San Francisco community ➡️ https://lnkd.in/giMUyGFQ

Big day for the sneakerhead in me! We just launched the Levi’s® x Nike collection — a collaboration that brings together the best of both brands: our denim lifestyle authority and Nike’s iconic Air Max 95. The collection includes three fresh takes on the Air Max 95, along with a  Levi’s® x Nike Trucker Jacket and Baggy Jean. 30 years after its debut, the Air Max 95 goes denim — and it’s never looked better.
