This month’s #LevelUPImpact spotlight shines on Ashley Whitman Price, a Senior Talent Advisor on our Healthcare Team who leads the charge for the Center for Discovery account. Ashley manages a team of recruiters and sourcers while hiring across roles as diverse as RNs, Psychiatrists, and even HVAC specialists. What she loves most? The variety, mentoring her team, and sharing those life-changing “you got the job!” moments with candidates. Her creativity and resilience shine, like when she pivoted her sourcing strategy to find the perfect match for a tough-to-fill role, leaving both client and candidate thrilled. Outside of work, Ashley’s all about adventures with her husband Bill and their furbabies.
