JT4 was proud to participate in a recent roundtable focused on educational funding and workforce development. Events like these are an important opportunity to connect with local education partners and highlight the work we’re doing to support future STEM talent. We thank leaders such as Dr Venkat Rama Rao Malyala, Irene Bustamante Adams, Elaine Silverstone, and Ruben Kihuen for generating a thoughtful and productive conversation. For all others not mentioned, we extend a special thanks to you as well. We shared our continued involvement with schools such as ATECH, NWCTA, and Eisenberg Elementary, and spoke to our longstanding partnership with UNLV—including the high percentage of engineering graduates who go on to join JT4. We also had the opportunity to connect with new representatives from Southwest Career and Technical Academy, and we expressed our interest in building future partnerships that support hands-on learning and career readiness. Further gratitude to the organizers Joseph Woods and Michael C. for coordinating a valuable and collaborative session. We're looking forward to continued conversations around workforce needs, educational alignment, and how employers like JT4 can contribute to long-term talent development in Southern Nevada with the support of Congresswoman Susie Lee. #WeAreJT4 #CommunityEngagement #WorkforceDevelopment #STEMEducation Kara Waters

Curiosity, creativity, and future innovation all in one day! JT4 recently hosted Bring Your Child to Work Day, giving our next generation a hands-on look into the exciting work we do in support of national defense. The day kicked off with a warm welcome and an overview of JT4’s mission, followed by a team icebreaker and a heartfelt letter-writing activity for service members. Our young attendees then rotated through interactive stations that showcased our core capabilities: 🧑🔬 Parachute drop tests to explore basic engineering principles 🎯 3D-printed catapults and data analysis for target accuracy 📡 Radar demonstrations and an IT presentation on real-world tools 📏 A guided tour of our Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) From building to coding to learning about high-tech systems, these future leaders saw firsthand the talent, passion, and innovation that drive our work every day. Thank you to all who made the event a success—and to the kids who brought their energy, curiosity, and big ideas! #BringYourChildToWorkDay #WeAreJT4

Listen in as Kara Waters, JT4's Talent Acquisition Manager, discusses topics such as JT4's mission and culture, top job openings at JT4, career pathways and growth, security clearances, referrals, and AI and the job hunt with the ClearedJobs team. https://lnkd.in/drFC3rHJ A key take-home message from this podcast: whether you are just starting out on your career journey or if you are contemplating a big change mid-career, it is okay if the process is nonlinear. In fact, today's job market requires jobseekers to be more adaptive and versatile in terms of skills and abilities than ever. As a result, career trajectories are becoming more and more nonlinear. No experience or education is wasted. Trust the process, keep applying, and eventually the company that needs your unique skillset will find you. This Valentine’s Day, we are proud to partner with Soldiers’ Angels to send heartfelt messages to our brave Service members deployed overseas and Veterans in VA hospitals who may not have immediate support or loved ones. Our Las Vegas team has taken the time to write personal notes of appreciation, gratitude, and love to those who have sacrificed so much for our country. These messages are a small but meaningful way to show that we are thinking of them and honoring their service. To all our Service members and Veterans – thank you for your courage, dedication, and the sacrifices you’ve made. You will always have our support, not just today, but every day. #WeAreJT4 #ValentinesDay #SupportOurTroops #SoldiersAngels #MilitaryAppreciation
