  • We were thrilled to welcome so many industry leaders, innovators, and investors to London for our third annual flagship Jefferies Vitamins & Supplements Conference. With participation from a broad range of global stakeholders — from high-growth emerging brands to established multinational companies and credible investors — the conversations were insightful, content-rich, and forward-looking. The meticulously curated agenda featured keynote sessions and panel discussions that delved into the most pertinent topics shaping the consumer health landscape. We explored key trends, dynamics, and opportunities across the entire value chain—from leading brands and manufacturers to ingredient suppliers. The valuable insights shared, and the candid exchanges were a testament to the industry's commitment to growth and collaboration and the relentless endeavor of Jefferies to best serve our clients while championing critical discussions in this very important sector. A special thank you to all our speakers, panelists, and attendees for making this such a collaborative and impactful gathering. We eagerly look forward to continuing the conversation next year!

      +1
  • Jefferies is pleased to have served as Joint Financial Advisor to Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) on its acquisition of Mace Consult, a carveout from Mace Group. The new partnership will support Mace Consult’s ambition to become the world’s leading program management consultant, as an independent business, and enable it to target strategic acquisitions to bolster its presence in key growth markets. This landmark transaction highlights Jefferies strong capabilities in financial sponsor advisory and represents our second buy side advisory role for GSAM in 2025, while underscoring Jefferies expertise in the European engineering & consulting sector.

  • JABLE, Jefferies’ Employee Resource Group for disabled and neurodiverse employees and caregivers, recently partnered with JWIN, our Women’s Initiative Network, to host an inspiring session in Hong Kong with Paralympic gold medalist Ho Yuen-Kei. Beyond her achievements on the boccia court, Yuen-Kei is a passionate advocate for accessibility, using her platform to spotlight wheelchair-friendly spaces across the city. As one of Hong Kong’s top athletes, Yuen-Kei shared powerful reflections on resilience, equity, and leadership. Attendees also had the chance to try boccia, a precision-based sport that emphasizes strategy and focus. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this meaningful and energizing experience! #JefferiesInclusion

  • The credit secondaries market is surging and should be the fastest-growing segment of the secondaries market for years to come. A record number of investors entered the market for credit secondaries in 2024, a year marked by several marquee transactions and the growth in general partner (GP)-led deals, including continuation vehicles. Halfway through 2025, this trend continues to accelerate at a fast pace. Jefferies Private Capital Advisory explores this shift in the market: http://spklr.io/6047BE8sS
