In celebration of International Self Care Day, our women’s employee resource group, WIN, welcomed personal trainer and certified holistic health coach Karen Tenenbaum! From nutrition tips to desk stretches, Karen shared simple ways we can all cultivate healthy habits in our day to day. A motivating discussion, Karen emphasized that although prioritizing one’s physical health can seem like a daunting task, just taking that first step in the right direction makes all the difference. For the fourth year in a row, we sponsored our local Morris County, NJ Pride Festival hosted by the wonderful organization EDGE New Jersey! In celebration of Pride Month, our LGBTQ+ employee resource group, InterPride Alliance, hosted a delicious lunch and meaningful discussion with guest speaker Suja Mathew, Wellbeing Program Manager at Virtua Health. Suja led an informative discussion on wellbeing and community building and the importance of fostering inclusion. When asked about ways we can check in with our coworkers during busy seasons, a helpful tip Suja shared is rather than asking the loaded question “how are you?” instead ask “did you take a break yet?” “did you drink water?” “how can I support you?” Less overwhelming, this allows us to meet them where they’re at. Thank you, Suja, for a refreshing conversation and #HappyPrideMonth!

Today we honor #Juneteenth and reflect on its historical significance.   Exactly 160 years ago, the news of freedom finally reached enslaved African Americans in Galveston Bay, Texas. Juneteenth serves as a powerful reminder of our country’s past, the influence and achievements of the Black community, and the journey toward racial equality. #Juneteenth2025
