Collaborate with infrastructure teams on maintenance, vendor coordination, and process improvements. Stay current on emerging technologies to strengthen support capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of enterprise-level help desk or technical support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, group policy, VOIP, networking, and VMware. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Intune, Adobe Acrobat, and mobile devices. Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software, configure workstations, and manage peripheral devices. Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or CCNA.
