  • Big Electrification Incentives. Bigger Fleet Savings. Is Your Fleet Ready to Cash In?    As federal tax credits removed in #OBBA begin to phase out, state-level programs are stepping up. Across the country, hundreds of millions in EV and infrastructure incentives are opening this summer and fall with the potential to cut total cost of ownership by tens of thousands per vehicle. Fleets can also unlock additional savings through charging infrastructure grants, utility credits, and OEM-specific programs. Fleet electrification isn't just about sustainability it’s about smart economics. And the window to capitalize on real cost savings is happening right now. Some of these opportunities include: - New York (#TVIP): Class 3–8 ZEVs eligible. Requires scrappage of a MY 2009 or older diesel. Small-fleet bonus available.  - California (#HVIP): Eligible for large fleets and rentals. Rolling fund allocations with simplified processes. - Washington State: New $110M voucher program launching this Fall focused on medium- and heavy-duty electrification.  - New Jersey (#NJZIP): Up to $175K per vehicle depending on class, with added support for small and micro-businesses.  - Colorado (#CleanFleetEnterprise + #Fleet‑ZERO): Grants for ZEVs and infrastructure. Some programs can be stacked, but eligibility varies. - Massachusetts (#MOREV Trucks): Rebates for Class 3–8 vehicles, often reaching six figures depending on vehicle type and applicant. And more...     The incentives procurement landscape is complex, fast-changing, and highly nuanced. These programs are first-come, first-served, subject to rapid changes, and governed by shifting eligibility criteria that are nearly impossible to track without deep policy and program knowledge. If your fleet is navigating this alone — or with the wrong partner — you will miss out on savings.     At Inspiration Mobility Group we bring decades of experience in incentive monetization and fleet electrification. From vehicle procurement to charging infrastructure to funding execution, we simplify the process and maximize your returns. Our team handles the complexity, so you don’t leave money on the table.

  • Inclement weather can cause major disruptions for fleets. Power outages, road closures, and limited communication can bring operations to a standstill if your fleet isn’t equipped to respond. But, contrary to common assumptions, electric vehicles (EVs) can actually enhance your disaster preparedness. From bidirectional charging to real-time vehicle data, EVs provide valuable capabilities that help keep your fleet running even when the grid is down. Our latest blog shares practical tips to help you build a strong preparedness plan. More here: https://lnkd.in/e4SJUsni

  • Congratulations to bp pulse on the opening of their new Gigahub near #LAX. We were honored to have our own Dan Wilson, VP of Energy Solutions, attend the launch event, where he even had the chance to charge his own Rivian and experience the site firsthand. With 48 ultra‑fast charging stalls and an impressive 5 MW grid capacity, this station sets a new benchmark for what large‑scale consumer EV charging can look like. Just like Inspiration’s own #PowerUpPoints built for commercial fleets, the new Gigahub was thoughtfully designed with drivers at the center of the experience. Kudos to the bp pulse team – this is a fantastic leap forward for the future of electrified mobility!

  • Inspiration CEO Josh Green recently sat down with Equipment Finance News’s Quinn Donoghue to discuss the impact that the OBBA's elimination of the IRA #45W credit will have on the commercial EV fleet industry. The Commercial Clean Vehicle Credit wasn’t just a number; it was a crucial lever for the industry to maintain affordability, long‑term investments, and domestic production. Without it, new levers will need to emerge, including:  - State programs and grants to fill federal gaps and send powerful market signals,  - OEM incentives to bridge cost gaps and spur innovation, and,  - Alternative financing models that unlock value despite early‑market unknowns. As Josh Green explains, a patchwork of incentives and regulations doesn’t just slow progress, they create costly complexity for multi‑state fleets. That’s exactly where Inspiration Mobility steps in. Our team cuts through the noise, helping operators navigate state‑by‑state programs, unlock available funding, and design financing strategies that actually work. • RMI’s report is clear: The electrification era isn’t coming – it's already here. - 35 million EVs were sold worldwide in 2024  - EV adoption is growing 5X faster than traditional (ICE) vehicles  - In some markets, EVs already account for half of new car sales Inspiration Mobility isn't merely part of this shift; we're helping to steer it by accelerating fleet electrification every day. • Last week, our VP of eFMC Services Maria Neve joined an intimate dinner with some of D.C.’s most forward-thinking mobility leaders including Gabe Klein, Richard Rached, Kendra Patterson, CSM, and Colin Seal.  When industry leaders across fleet, OEMs, and service providers come together, we move beyond individual challenges and start shaping shared solutions. Collaboration across the industry isn’t just valuable; it’s essential. Thank you Selinay Parlak and Bluedot for the invitation. We’re looking forward to next time!
