Sometimes you just need to get together to learn, collaborate, solve problems, and get to work. This week, we hosted Hillpointe Property Management leaders from across the Sunbelt at our corporate headquarters for an epic few days of team and leadership growth. We’re grateful for the energy, insights, and alignment as we head into the second half of the year.

In partnership with our non-profit HAWCS (Housing and Workforce Collective Solutions), Hillpointe has donated the 49-room Executive Inn in Perry, GA to Genesis Joy House Homeless Shelter, Inc.to support their mission of providing housing and critical support services to homeless female veterans and their children. Originally used to house our construction teams building Pointe Grand communities across Central Georgia, this property will now play a new role by serving those who’ve served our country. Genesis Joy House is doing life-changing work in the community through transitional housing, mental health services, job training, and more. We’re honored to support their expansion efforts and innovative Glamper Rental Program to help female veterans rebuild their lives with dignity and stability. We believe attainable housing is more than just a place to live; it’s the starting point for opportunity. With partners like Genesis Joy House, we’re not just building communities; we’re strengthening our own.
