From AI-powered tools to compliance-saving code, they’ve helped make life a little easier for the businesses and employees we serve. This weekend, Gusto showed up at Create & Cultivate 2025, alongside thousands of ambitious women redefining what it means to lead, build, and grow. The energy was unforgettable. We were thrilled to see our own Monique Jackson, MBA take the main stage with Marina Middleton. The R&D tax credit just got a major upgrade. With the passing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, small businesses can now: ✔️ Deduct U.S.-based research expenses immediately ✔️ Retroactively amend 2022–2024 returns ✔️ Pair deductions with the R&D tax credit for even bigger savings But the window is short.
