Inspiring the Next Generation: Bring Your Child to Work Day at FXI Recently, FXI welcomed the next generation of innovators for Bring Your Child to Work Day! We kicked off an action-packed morning with FXI swag bags and a tour of the office. Next, our young innovators got hands-on by creating their own cluster pillows—and then put their creativity to the test by coming up with ways to advertise them. We wrapped up the day by watching both recorded and live-action commercials. Bring Your Child to Work Day is more than just a fun experience—it’s a meaningful opportunity to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help kids envision their future in the workplace. This Earth Day, we're reminded that the future of our planet is in our hands. Recently, we partnered with the U.S. Department of Energy as participants in the Better Plants Program. As part of this initiative, we hosted a 3-day Energy Treasure Hunt at our Fort Wayne, IN plant. During the event, plant managers and corporate engineers came together to explore energy-saving strategies, with the goal of sharing these best practices across all FXI facilities.
