🔹 Ground Marketing Supervisor – 1 Position (Yangon) 📍 Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar 🕒 Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: - Lead a strong branding team and ensure daily KPIs are met within designated townships - Plan and supervise branding activities for maximum visibility - Coordinate with the sales team for promotional campaigns - Manage the supply and usage of advertising materials - Monitor field execution and submit regular performance reports Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, field marketing, or related roles - Strong leadership and team coordination skills - Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively - Experience in report preparation and data tracking is a plus -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔹 Ground Marketing Assistant – 2 Position (Yangon) 📍 Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar 🕒 Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities: - Assist in executing branding and marketing activities in assigned townships - Support the setup and visibility of promotional materials at field locations - Coordinate with the sales and branding team to ensure alignment during field campaigns - Monitor the use and distribution of promotional materials and report shortages - Collect feedback and data from field activities for supervisor review - Help prepare basic reports and photo documentation from the field - Participate in team briefings and trainings for campaign execution Requirements: - 0–1 year of experience in ground marketing, event activation, or branding - Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn from field experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Able to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt quickly to changing tasks - Basic knowledge of branding or marketing concepts is a plus - Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends for events or campaigns)
