For #NationalInternDay, we're reliving our college days in alma mater gear to celebrate our summer 2025 interns. And let’s give an extra cheer: For the third consecutive year, we’ve been named a Top 100 Internship Program by WayUp and Yello.co. This summer, we welcomed our largest intern class: 105 students in 21 of our offices across the U.S. Our internship program focuses on equipping students with hands-on experiences to help prepare the next generation of engineers, planners and scientists. Looking ahead to summer 2026? Here’s how to put us on your radar. Job postings go live September 2: https://bit.ly/46wZv9C

Living and working in the communities we serve makes all the difference in understanding their needs. Staff from our #Denver, #FortWorth and #Houston offices got their hands dirty at the South Platte Stewardship Day service event, contributing to the restoration of natural areas in downtown Denver. Alongside more than 150 volunteers, our team helped spread 156 yards of crushed rock in local parks and removed thousands of gallons of debris and invasive weeds along the South Platte River. The Greenway Foundation, Denver Parks and Recreation, and the Mile High Flood District sponsored the event, which was an opportunity to support environmental sustainability and give back to the local community. #ServeAlways

Our North Texas Young Professionals Group pulled off another unforgettable #LEADS Field Day, promoting our core value of 'Engaging as Family'. More than 100 interns and employees from our Fort Worth, represented in blue, and Dallas, Frisco, and Denton, represented in green, offices came together for a day of friendly competition. From relay races to tug-of-war, each event brought out the energy and teamwork of our interns as they battled for office bragging rights and built lasting connections across teams.

Intern Baseball Night was a major league success! Our North Texas interns traded spreadsheets for Texas Rangers Baseball Club stadium seats. 'Engaging as a Family' outside of the workplace reminds our interns they’re a part of the team, not just warming up the bench. Cheering on home runs and bonding over ballpark snacks, the night set the tone for a summer full of unforgettable moments.
