Puppy parties + event professionals = the perfect match 🐶✨ We’ve been bringing our de-stress mission to conferences nationwide, and hosting puppy lounges has become one of our favorite ways to do it. We’re heartbroken to hear about the passing of Nancy Stewart-Franczak. Nancy wasn’t just one of our earliest Eventeny customers...she was family. She saw our vision before most people did, and she believed in it with her whole heart. She helped shape who we are today, from building our sponsorship and vendor features to introducing us to so many organizers who later became part of our community. We wouldn’t be where we are without her. Nancy recently hosted one of our evSummit events in Florida, bringing together organizers from all over. It was only possible because of her. She gave her time, her energy, and her heart to help others grow and she made it all look effortless. But beyond all of that, Nancy was just… Nancy. Fierce, funny, generous, and kind. She once drove our dog Mikasa around in a golf cart at Garlic Fest. Mikasa loved it, and we laughed until our faces hurt. She was so excited to meet our daughter, Araaya, but we were still overseas completing her adoption and sadly didn’t make it back in time. Nancy was the heart and soul behind Festival Management Group, the award-winning team that brought South Florida some of its most beloved events including the South Florida Garlic Fest, Delray Affair, LagoonFest, and the Wellington Bacon & Bourbon Fest. These weren’t just festivals, they were vibrant, community-driven experiences that brought people together through music, food, and joy. Nancy had a gift for turning ideas into unforgettable memories, and her events reflected the same warmth, creativity, and care she gave to everyone around her. We will carry Nancy’s legacy forward, in every event we power, every organizer we support, and every team member who hears her story. She will always be a part of Eventeny.
