At Enhesa, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace for all employees across every region where we operate. Over the past three years, we’ve partnered with GoodCorporation to deliver comprehensive sexual harassment awareness training for our global teams. From defining harassment to empowering bystanders and navigating grey areas, this initiative reflects our zero-tolerance approach and dedication to continuous learning. A big thank you to GoodCorporation for their thoughtful and collaborative approach, and to all Enhesa colleagues who participated and engaged so meaningfully.
New case study: Delivering global sexual harassment awareness training for leading EHS and sustainability company, Enhesa 🌍 Creating safe, respectful workplaces requires more than policy - it needs consistent, meaningful training that reflects the realities employees face. To support this goal, Enhesa asked GoodCorporation to deliver a three-year programme of sexual harassment training across its international workforce of over 500 employees. The webinars were delivered in different time zones across Asia, America and Europe, with content designed to evolve each year: 🔹 Year one focused on definitions, recognising harassment and understanding the reporting process 🔹 Year two explored what it means to be an active bystander and how to intervene appropriately 🔹 Year three introduced a colour spectrum model to help participants identify and evaluate 'grey area' behaviour All sessions were interactive and scenario-based, using polls and anonymous Q&A tools to engage participants. GoodCorporation worked closely with the client to ensure the content, tone and format were appropriate and tailored to the working environments of participants.
