    Co-founder and CEO at Empatica

🚀 Cool job alert 🚀 Empatica is growing, and we’re looking for a General Manager to lead and scale our clinical care business — spanning direct-to-consumer, hospital sales, and diagnostics. You’ll take charge of a business already live in multiple markets, with a leading (and often only) product in epilepsy care. Your mission: scale revenue, expand reimbursement, enter new countries, and help shape the next generation of products in neurology in new areas. This is a rare GM role — basically CEO minus the fundraising. You’ll report to me, lead a full-stack team, and own both growth and operations. We’re looking for superb execution and a humble mindset. You don’t need to have held this exact title before — former digital health founders or operators with US healthcare experience are especially welcome. Slight preference for Boston-based candidates. If it sounds interesting, pls apply here or refer amazing candidates! http://bit.ly/4etQsbg

This past Saturday, we hosted our Assessment Center Day to find the best candidates for our 2025 Engineering Graduate Program. We had the pleasure of welcoming a group of bright, motivated graduates at our Milan office, all eager to begin what could be an exciting professional journey. One of the highlights of the day was a collaborative group challenge, where participants had the chance to share fresh ideas and connect with each other in a dynamic setting. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. Your energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm were truly inspiring 💙 We look forward to kicking off the Program in September, for the 5th year in a row! 🎉 #LifeAtEmpatica #Engineering #WearableTechnology #GradProgram #MilanTechScene
