We've been itching to share this news! Today, we announced that Zenrelia™ (ilunocitinib) received approval from the European Commission. The EU approval reinforces Zenrelia's status as a highly effective, convenient, and safe once-daily oral JAK inhibitor while highlighting a significant milestone in the EU canine dermatology market. The EU label is consistent with other markets outside North America where the product has already been approved. Our team continue to go beyond expanding and globalizing our innovation portfolio. Important Safety Information: Lotilaner, and ingredient in Credelio Quattro, belongs to the isoxazoline class and has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions like tremors, ataxia, and seizures even in dogs without a history of seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders. Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections before Credelio Quattro administration as it is not effective against adult D. immitis. The safe use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. The most frequently reported adverse reactions in clinical traits were vomiting and diarrhea. As we make our move to downtown Indianapolis, this year’s Elanco Day looked a little different as we held it at one our new neighbors – Indianapolis Indians Victory Field – connecting with more than 30 nonprofits/community partners in attendance and highlighting all the amazing work that Elanco is doing here in Indianapolis and around the world.
