At the heart of every Eataly Grand Opening are #Eatalians coming together to share experience, passion, know-how, and skills. For the past weeks, the amazing team at Eataly Aventura has been joined by our “Eataly Opening Squad” comprised of 49 Eatalians hailing from 14 different Eataly locations in Canada, Italy, Sweden, Germany, and all across the USA. The Eatalians on our Opening Squad brought role-specific expertise and deep knowledge of Eataly’s culture and operations, energizing every training moment and setting the store up for success. Opening an Eataly is more than a milestone - it’s an adventure. We’re proud to offer our team the chance to grow, travel, connect across borders, and make a lasting impact as we bring our brand to new places! Grazie to all the Eatalians whose hard work and dedication have made our debut in Florida a success! #Eataly

This week, during the annual Fancy Food Show in New York City, Eataly was honored to host the Italian Minister of Agriculture, Francesco Lollobrigida, for a toast at Eataly Caffè Hudson Yards. Joined by Eataly Global CEO Andrea Cipolloni and Eataly NA CEO Tommaso Brusò, the group met a few hours after the projection of a video about Italian agri-food excellence on the big screen of Time Square – part of the spectacular promotional campaign for the candidacy of Italian Cuisine as an intangible heritage of UNESCO. While the path of UNESCO candidacy continues, Eataly is proud to offer our customers a taste of authentic Italian gastronomy at our locations around the world, including the newly opened Eataly Caffè concepts at Hudson Yards and Rockefeller Center.

Questi e molti altri sono stati i temi toccati all'interno del panel “One health - From food to longevity: scientific approaches to health and sustainability”, promossa da Sapienza Università di Roma e dal NBFC - National Biodiversity Future Center all'interno del Padiglione Italy Expo 2025 Osaka.
