What better way to wrap up our Summit than with delicious food, great conversation, and a chance to reconnect outside of work? Nearly 100 of us came together at International Smoke in San Francisco to celebrate the end of a packed and energizing week. From collaborative sessions to volunteering in the community (and a little friendly competition over lawn games!), this Summit reminded us how special it is to work with people who bring heart and hustle to everything they do. Just a few months ago, I decided to take the burden off myself and let Collective start running all my books, etc. Truly one of the best decisions I've ever made for ECKO TECH thus far. We’re embracing AI the Collective way, and we’re doing it live from this year’s Annual Summit in San Francisco! Yesterday, we hosted a hands-on workshop where employees explored practical ways to use AI at work. In small groups, we rotated through 10 fast-paced demo stations focused on real use cases like automation, content creation, meeting summaries, and prototyping. Each station was led by a teammate, making it collaborative, approachable, and fun. We ended with a group reflection to share takeaways and spark new ideas. Collective, my financial platform, is one of those brands. 👶🏻When they heard we were having a baby, they sent us this LOL onesie in the mail. 💐When I had to cancel a call with them because of a medical emergency, they sent a bouquet of flowers. In the finance industry that’s usually dry and all about spreadsheets (and TBH is one of my least favorite responsibilities about being a business owner 🫠), these thoughtful acts of kindness shine shine shine. What can your brand do to add a little human touch? Sure, it may not be scalable, but it will make loyal customers for life. P.S.
