Our Global AI Innovation Blitz Buildathon was a grand success, with over 8 innovative entries submitted in just 48 hours from across the globe. It was a powerful demonstration of what happens when bold ideas meet guided mentorship—teams rapidly turned concepts into working solutions, tackling real-world challenges with creativity and speed. But this is just the BEGINNING! We’re planning many more high-impact events like this to ensure our teams stay at the heart of innovation. By creating hands-on, fast-paced environments supported by expert guidance, we're building a culture where experimentation thrives and game-changing ideas come to life. What happens when you give people space to innovate? You unlock MAGIC. Inspired by 3M's legendary 15% innovation time, we decided to run our own experiment — and the result was the AI Global Buildathon. In just 48 hours, teams from across the globe came together to develop and execute MVPs that would’ve taken months in a traditional setting. No red tape. No delays. Just raw focus, smart collaboration, and big ideas. Couple that with a sleepover, cricket matches and great team spirit - the spirit of collaboration was amazing! 🌍 Teams bunked down, worked late, argued (productively), and rallied to make each other better. 👥 Dozens of mentors left their families and flew in just to ensure the participants had expert guidance every step of the way. 🔥 The energy was real. So was the outcome. This wasn’t a simple hackathon. This was a mission. A mission to prove that when you give people time, trust, and a challenge — they’ll surprise you every single time.
