"Out of sight" doesn't mean out of mind—especially when it comes to our nation's water infrastructure. 💧Yesterday, our Director of National Regulatory Affairs, Ryan Silvey, spoke at the NARUC Summer Policy Summit in Boston on the panel “Infrastructure Investment: Challenges and Solutions.” He shared how CSWR is helping modernize aging water systems, improve reliability, and rebuild trust in tap water—one community at a time. Thanks to NARUC for spotlighting the essential work behind safe, sustainable water service. #WaterInfrastructure #NARUC #CSWR

In the aftermath of the recent tornado that impacted the St. Louis area, members of our CSWR team stepped up to support cleanup efforts through United Way and Action St. Louis. As part of our CSWR-Cares initiative, employees and interns volunteered their time to help clear debris from a North St. Louis neighborhood affected by the storm. We're proud of our team's compassion and commitment to making a difference—whether it’s through water and wastewater services or lending a hand in times of crisis. #CSWRCares #CommunitySupport #GiveBack

Josiah Cox, CEO of CSWR and Board Member of the National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) Executive Team, participated in last week’s Commissioner Water Policy Forum in Virginia. Hosted by NAWC, the annual event brings together water executives and public service commissioners for discussions on how to move the water and wastewater industry forward through increased safety and reliability while working to keep service affordable to consumers. “It’s an honor to serve on the NAWC Board,” said Josiah Cox. “Equally important is the opportunity this forum provides for meaningful conversations that revolve around our shared commitment to protecting communities, especially those served by small systems that are in need of investment.”

As part of our CSWR Cares community service initiative, members of our team visited Captain Elementary School in Clayton this month to connect with the next generation of environmental stewards. The visit focused on the fifth-grade class, where our team led a lively and informative discussion around two key questions: Where does your drinking water come from? and Where does your wastewater go? The students brought incredible energy and curiosity to the session, asking thoughtful questions and engaging enthusiastically with the topic. The team wrapped up the visit by sharing easy ways the students can help conserve water in their everyday lives—reinforcing the idea that even small actions can make a big impact. This outreach is part of our ongoing mission through CSWR Cares—launched in 2022—to give back to the communities we serve and inspire awareness around water and environmental responsibility. #CSWRCares #communityservice #communityengagement
