We're currently seeking a Sterile Process Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking pharmaceutical environment. Job Description: The sterile technician is responsible for performing compounding operations and assisting with operations outside of compounding. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform required duties under the direction of a pharmacist-in-charge or manager. • Perform sterile compounding using aseptic techniques and following cGMP requirements. • Perform QC testing as requested by management. • Update/review relevant SOPs as directed by management. • Help maintain and troubleshoot cleanroom equipment. • Track compounding inventory and notify management when items need to be ordered. • Perform microbial air and surface sampling. • Oversee submission of compounded product to outside testing labs. • Help with investigations of OOS products. • Help with projects outside the cleanroom as requested by management. • Plan, coordinate and conduct scientific research that furthers Bravado’s company goals under the direction of a pharmacist-in-charge or manager. • Maintain a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices within the lab. • Other duties as assigned by management. ✅ Requirements: • At least one to five years of experience as a compounder. • At least one year of experience in sterile compounding. • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license, required ✅ Key Skills: • Attention to detail and regulatory compliance. • Strong understanding of USP <795> and USP <797> principles. • Knowledge of cGMP FDA 503B Guidelines, preferred. • Excellent oral communication, written communication, and organization skills. • Familiar with word processing and spreadsheet development (Word, Excel).
