Our latest feature in the Nashville Post highlights our plans to reopen our refreshed SoBro property, just south of Broadway and steps from some of the city’s most iconic venues. Originally acquired in 2022, this 11-suite building is getting a design-forward facelift to align with the elevated, group-centric experiences AvantStay is known for. We’re leaning into neighborhoods like SoBro and 12 South, where leisure travelers can feel more connected to the culture, music, and character that make Nashville special. Last week I participated in the IMN Short-Term Rental Forum in beautiful Park City. It was a pleasure connecting with industry friends old and new — and diving deep into where STRs are headed next.
