We’re celebrating 70 years of impact! From its humble beginnings in 1955, the ASU Foundation has been instrumental in advancing Arizona State University's mission. The foundation has grown into a nationally recognized nonprofit, connecting visionary donors with opportunities to shape the future of ASU. Over the past decade alone, more than 74,000 students have benefited from over $268 million in scholarship support. This month, the ASU Foundation celebrates 70 years of philanthropy and dedication to the community. “The more I think about this entire (foundation) program, the more enthusiastic I become,” wrote ASU President Grady Gammage about the creation of the ASU Foundation. From the beginning, the foundation has worked to ensure that students have access to education, that educators and researchers receive funding and that ASU is a leader in the community.
