Bishop Joseph Strickland addresses the growing conflict over the traditional Roman liturgy in this episode, arguing that the dispute cannot be reduced to a question of personal preference or sacramental validity.

“Rome cannot continue removing every available refuge and then express astonishment when the faithful go where the Traditional Mass is still being offered,” Strickland says.

Highlighting the disappearance of Latin and Gregorian chant, the removal of traditional prayers and gestures, the introduction of extensive options, and changes surrounding Communion and the sanctuary, he insists that validity “is not the only question Catholics may ask.”
