How long does delivery take?
Orders typically take between 5-7 business days. Delivery for pre-order items may vary based on availability.
Where does Anker ship to?
Anker SOLIX ships to the United States. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local laws, hazmat materials, or carrier limitations.
How will my delivery be shipped?
We partner with carriers like UPS, or FedEx for fast and secure delivery. Track your shipment here: Order Tracker.
F2000, F3000, F3800, F3800 Plus, and their corresponding expansion batteries, FedEx signature service will be provided as a complimentary service. If you wish to cancel, please contact support@anker.com.
If I order more than one product, will they be delivered at the same time?
Whenever possible, we ship products together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately. A notification will be emailed for each shipment (For Amazon orders, please scan the logistics code on the package to get updated tracking information) .
Can I change the delivery address after a package has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an item is en route, we cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.
Notes:
For orders cancelled 60 minutes after receipt, the customer will bear the responsibility of any return shipping fees.
If a wrong address is provided and this leads to the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Anker SOLIX will not replace the order or issue a refund.
