| SAML10 | The SAML10 microcontroller family has ultra-low power with a 12-bit ADC, analog comparators, Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), true random number generator, and tamper detection. | SAML21 | SAML21 is an ultra-low power family with a 12-bit ADC, analog comparators, Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), and security functions (AES and true random number generator).
