    Pros: I have used a couple of softwares and nothing beats CloudTalk. It's easy to use and got all features you want.

    Cons: There's nothing much. Some of the integrations needs improvement.

    Overall: Fantastic! I use CloudTalk everyday and It made my life easier. Would recommend to others. Kudos to the team.

    "International Calls Over Cloud."

    Pros: -It is very simple and easy to use and the interface is user-friendly.
    -I was able to track calls, record them and also analyze the data to improve our metrics.
    -The price of the software is very affordable especially for us, I run a startup and in our startup cloud talk is a lifesaver in terms of pricing.
    -The quality of the calls, be it national or international, the audio was crisp and easy to hear and understand.

    Cons: -It needs a strong internet connection to function otherwise the audio gets a little bit distorted.
    -Sometimes the solution takes a while to be solved but, they do follow up and update you with progress and solution.

    Overall: Overall, CloudTalk is a great and affordable software for national and international calling over the cloud, it provides you with a lot of functionality that helps you achieve your goals and increase your productivity.

    "Not so good. Could be better. Not worth the price."

    Pros: The Software is not as efficient as I expected. It gives me lots of troubles with my assigned Mobile number. The mobile number works on and off and very unreliable when it comes to calling my clients in Australia.

    Cons: See above and below.

    Overall: Not so good. The quality of service must improve to retain its clients in long run. I using it regularly just because I do not have time to find out the other software. The day I get sick of it I will wait no time to shift if the quality of service will not change.

    "A better VOIP service for a better price"

    Pros: - Much user friendly interface.
    - Affordable pricing.
    - Very intuitive.
    - Good customer service.

    Cons: Application not flexible across devices. Mobile app hasn't yet released.

    Overall: Had a very good experience with CloudTalk. Very simple installation and setup up process. Customer support has been very good and helpful. Might be missing on the mobile devices but I hope the developers might soon develop it.

    Pros: The software itself is seamless, give the operator a feeling of an actual call, the playback is impeccable, I admire the fact that it shows the time of where you are calling, the dashboard includes a lot of features that help one know how they are performing. Excellent product.

    Cons: Inability to leave notes. I cannot say I have further complaints.

    Overall: The experience has been nice, smooth and swift, I experienced little to no issues from the transition from another platform.

    Pros: I must say it was really easy to proceed with the integration of CloudTalk with LiveAgent. I like when things go smoothly and this was the case! It is unique to find a toll with such good support and documentation which was extremely helpful. Work with the call centre is very easy, the learning process of our agents was fast. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly with modern design aspects. I can easily find everything I am looking for even when I was starting with this tool.

    Cons: There is nothing to say from my side. We have had a positive overall experience.

    Overall: In general, we are communicating with our customers on a daily basis regarding our products and services we offer. Main topics of our calls are regarding the pre-sale questions, technical questions and navigation within our products which our team sell and support.

    Pros: I can go anywhere with the handy mobile app on my iphone and still take business calls while mobile -I can listen to the recordings anytime and go back to them when necessary -I can easily connect with guests and colleagues and this drives more value into the business.

    Cons: Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome. But I think it's okay.

    Overall: CloudTalk is easy to use inbound call center tool with many great features.

    Pros: Very good price Easy to use online platform Top customer service Very intuitive service Lots of integrations with other services

    Cons: Missing smartphone app. Would appreciate if there was one to review the current status on go.

    Overall: Cost effective solution. We don't have to outsource call centre, because we can handle it with fewer cost and workers inhouse.

    Pros: Cloudtalk is super easy to use and does the job that far more complex systems do, but much better. Very Intuitive. The support team is really friendly and very responsive.

    Cons: Web phone doesn't work in IE, you have to use Chrome, or install desktop app.

    Overall: The biggest value is in integration to our existing infrastructure and tools, so we see everything about customer before we answer the incoming call.

    "Superb product for startups"

    Pros: CloudTalk is super easy to set up and use afterwards. Using CloudTalk with Help Scout and Intercom took our customer experience to the next level. Integrations work as expected. They provide perfect customer support with onboarding help at the beginning. Feels like they value you as a customer.

    Cons: Nothing in particular. Some issues during the implementation, but they were solved quite quickly.

    Overall: As every startup our goal is to provide great customer support and were trying to find phone system which would suit our needs and has integrations with tools we were already using, Help Scout and Intercom. And we also needed international numbers with toll free numbers as well, which we were able to buy very quickly.
