    Pros: CallTrackingMetrics provides power to our call centre. Automates the call flow. Our service, marketing and sales team use this software to manage their communications. Easily integrates with Salesforce, Google Ads, Zendesk, Facebook and many more. Marketing tool kit is awesome.

    Cons: Very good software, they also offer local toll free number. No dislikes.

    Overall: Basically this software makes our marketing strategy advance. Highly customisable features. Analyses each and every calls. This software can track any live chat, communication or text. Provides real-time support and service. Reliable and secure app. Easy to use and understand.
