Visitor Profile

IRX is specifically aimed at the progressive retail business industry and is helping to change the landscape of how retailers and consumers interact throughout the multichannel shopping experience.

The show offers a specific proposition to retailers as a ‘full circle’ window and promises to attract the often elusive retailer in high numbers through a combination of relevant content, sourcing and fact-finding intelligence.

IRX is geared up to make the visitor experience one that is profitable, enjoyable and crucially, a worthwhile day out of the office from anywhere in the UK.

This is your chance to meet over 5000 specifiers of internet retailing technology that will spend over £174million on eCommerce products and services in the next 12 months.

We asked some of our visitors what they thought.

“An excellent show for businessess, great insights into selling online, we will definitely be here next year.”
Christine Hurst, Director, Hurst Plant Sales.

“First I have to say the IRX was a fantastic show this year - best IRX I’ve been to. I don’t know what your attendance numbers were like but it felt like it was up about 30% or so on the first day. Definitely a highly engaged audience.”
Chris Dawson, Editor, Tamebay

“Overall our trip to Brum was a great success. The staff of Internet Retailing Expo deserve a huge pat on their back for holding such a polished event, whilst the exhibitors and attendees were all very insightful.”
Mahesh Johal, Sales Consultant, Trust IV
