You will have access to the top 50 banks in the Top 1000 World Banks 2015 Ranking. This data can be analysed using all the advanced functions available to subscribers, including multi-tiered filters, peer-group analysis, and rankings by alternative data points. You will also be able to access the full range of more than 100 data points available to subscribers for the top five banks in this year's Top 1000, including executive contact information and over 25 years of financial information.

Rankings

The Banker's annual Top 1000 World Banks Ranking has been the industry standard measure of bank strength and performance since 1970. We also publish a wide range of country and regional rankings each year, relied on for their high level of cross-border comparability.

Our Top 1000 and monthly regional rankings are regularly reported in national, regional and international media in more than 70 countries and closely scrutinised by the industry.

Trial users will have 3 days free access to the top 50 banks in the Top 1000 World Banks 2015 Ranking. Subscribers can view and download all rankings published in The Banker since 1996.

Interactive World Map

The interactive world map allows you to view a sample of our data from the 2015 Top 1000 World Bank Rankings.

The map can be used to view summary content data and display the largest banks by country.

Bank Search Functionality

As a trial user, you are able to search the top 50 banks in the Top 1000 World Banks 2015 Ranking.

Bank Search
This functionality allows you to find banks quickly by name. Simply type the name of the bank you are looking for in the search box. If multiple results are returned, click on the Go button. The results page will display key data for each bank matching your search terms in order to help you locate the correct bank.

Advanced Search
Identify banks by location, size or performance using multiple criteria. Searches can include any of the data points and you can specify values or ranges for each. This function is useful if you need to create a peer group or identify banks with particular characteristics. When you have finished filtering, you can select banks for peer-group comparison.

Bank Comparisons

The peer group comparison section allows quick identification and selection of banks using multiple filters. Data can be downloaded or viewed in time series using our simple-to-use database chart function.

Your trial will allow you to compare up to five banks from the top 50 in the Top 1000 World Banks 2015 Ranking.

Bank Profiles

Each bank has a profile page with performance, rankings, benchmark data and graphs, plus news feeds and market data from TheBanker.com and FT.com. From the profile page you can click through to a detailed view of banks' current and historical financial and non-financial data, including executive directories.

We hold at least 10 years data for most banks on the database. With 80 financial data points, this section provides a detailed insight into each bank's performance, strength and stability. A full list of data points can be found under 'Advanced Search'.

The bank profile pages also include details of banks' headquarters, contact information, board members and division heads.
