We welcome today’s agreement on the CSA directive, an important milestone in strengthening the EU’s efforts to combat child sexual abuse and enhance the protection of children online.
❓ What are the responsibilities in the asylum process?
Applicants must remain in the EU country where they first applied for asylum. If they move elsewhere, there are clear rules on transferring them back to the EU country responsible.
