The pro version includes additional customization features, options, widgets, and templates. Further, pro users have access to support tickets, which are answered in a few minutes to 8-9 hours. You can also view details of each theme’s free and pro versions from the free vs. pro compare table.

You can visit our contact us page to get support. There, you can ask your queries via support-ticket or live chat. Our dedicated technical support team will respond to you. We also provide support on weekends for our premium users.
If our theme does not fit your purpose or you don’t like it, we will happily provide a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. No Questions Asked. You can request a refund via the contact page with your ThemeGrill order number, and we will get back to you.
Your site remains intact. However, once the license expires, support and updates will be cut off.
Yes. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time if you like within your active subscription periodted premium licenses for all ThemeGrill products, including Masteriyo, Everest Forms, User Registration, Zakra theme, ColorMag themes, and more.
Support and Updates are included for one year if you purchase any of the annual plans. With license renewal, support and updates are also renewed. If you buy any of the lifetime plans, support and updates are included for a lifetime. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard if you have a valid and active license key.
Support covers getting set up, trouble using any features, bug fixes, and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we do not support modifications or third-party plugin integrations. However, we can provide some guidance and simple CSS customizations. Also, the support tickets facility is available only to pro users. Support tickets are given high priority and are even replied to on weekends.
