How to access these benefits

Subscribers will receive an email from YouTube with the subject line "Check out these new discounts and offers as an NFL Sunday Ticket member." This email will contain links and unique codes to redeem your offers.

I'm a subscriber but I can't find the email with my perks. What should I do?

The first dedicated benefits email was sent July 31, 2025 and is titled “Check out these new discounts and offers as an NFL Sunday Ticket member.” New members also receive this email as a welcome email within a few days of signup. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you didn’t receive it. Also, ensure you’re opted-in to receive marketing and promotional emails from YouTube in your account settings so that you don’t miss out on future benefits.

I'm having trouble redeeming my promotion. How can I fix this?

YouTube Premium benefit:

If you’re having trouble redeeming the YouTube Premium benefit, ensure you are logged into the same account on which you received the benefits email.

If you’re an existing subscriber, you will also need to cancel your current membership before using your coupon link to redeem the 50% off offer.
