You can manage moderation settings for your channel in one place in YouTube Studio.
Content Controls
The Content controls tab in Settings allows you to set moderation preferences for comments, live chat, posts on your Community, blocked words, and link text.

Open the YouTube Studio app

Under “Community,” tap Content controls
to see control options:

Comments on new uploads: Turn on or off comments on new videos and posts. You can also see options for holding comments for review.

Live chat moderation: Hold potentially inappropriate live chat messages.

Viewer posts: Turn on or off your Community. You can also see options for moderating posts, such as holding posts for review. When you turn off your Community, existing posts will be hidden. If you turn your Community back on, the posts will be visible again.

Blocked words: Block specific words in comments, live chat, and posts in your Community. Add words and phrases separated by commas.

Link text: Toggle on to hold comments and viewer posts that contain hashtags and URLs for review.
