If you no longer need Pixel Care+, you can cancel at any time. Note that after a Pixel Care+ plan device is cancelled, you won’t be able to re-enroll the cancelled device into Pixel Care+.
How to cancel
Cancellation options vary based on where you purchased your Pixel Care+ plan:
- If purchased through Google Store:
- Cancel a monthly plan:
- Sign in to the account you used to buy the plan.
- Go to Google Store Pixel Care+ Account Hub.
- Select the device plan you want to cancel, and proceed with cancellation.
- Cancel a 2-year plan: In order to cancel this plan type, contact customer support.
- Cancel a monthly plan:
- If purchased through Google Fi:
- The plan owner or Pixel Care+ account holder can cancel without the need to contact support within the Google Fi App or the Pixel Care+ Account Hub.
- For group plans, both the device purchaser and the Fi group plan owner can cancel a Pixel Care+ plan.
- If a user leaves Fi and is enrolled in Pixel Care+ through Fi, their Pixel Care+ plan will be automatically cancelled.

- Cancel within 30 days of plan purchase: You’ll receive a full refund of any payments made, including sales tax, minus the cost of any claims paid or repairs made.
- Cancel after 30 days of plan purchase: You can get a prorated refund for Pixel Care+, minus the cost of any claims paid or repairs made. State exceptions apply.

Learn about transferability
Pixel Care+ plans are non-transferable. This means your plan is tied to the specific device it was bought for and can’t be moved to another device or email address, or transferred to a new owner.
