Your product data source contains an invalid character for the current encoding setting. To change a file's encoding settings in your Google Merchant Center:
In your Merchant Center account, click Settings
in the left navigation menu.
Select Data sources.
Under the “Product sources” tab, select a product source.
On the page that loads, select the Your setup tab and click the pencil icon
across the “Encoding” option.
Select the correct encoding option.
Click Save.
Note: You'll have to re-submit your product data data source for this change to take effect.
