You can export a copy of your events from Google Calendar to your computer. You can download all of your calendars at once or export them one at a time. The exported file is an .ics file, which you can import into other calendar apps.
Learn what you need to export your calendar
- You can’t export from the Google Calendar app. You can only export on a computer from Google Calendar.
- You must have the "Make changes and manage sharing" permission for the calendar you wish to export. Learn how to control access to a shared calendar.
- If you use a Google Calendar through work, school, or another organization, your administrator may restrict export settings. If you can’t export your calendar, contact your administrator.
Export all calendars
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- At the top right, click Settings
Settings.
- On the left, click Import & export.
- Under "Export," click Export.
- A .zip file downloads to your computer.
Export a single calendar
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, under "My calendars," find the calendar you want to export.
- Point to the calendar name.
- Click More
Settings and sharing.
- Under "Calendar settings," click Export calendar.
- An .ics file downloads to your computer.
Fix export issues

"Feed processing error" message:
- If you get this error message when you use the "Public address in iCal format" link, use the "Secret address in iCal format" instead.
