You can choose which notifications you get from your Business Profile. These help you stay informed about:
- Account updates: Get notified about changes to your Google Account or Business Profile.
- Features and tips: Announcements about new features and suggestions to help you get the most out of your profile.
- Customer activity: Alerts when customers leave new reviews or add photos.
- Business info alerts: Reminders to keep your business info up to date.
- Bookings and requests: Get notified when customers book appointments or send requests.
You might get Business Profile notifications through email, Search, or Maps. Even if you turn off some notifications, you may still get important updates from Google.
Manage Business Profile notifications on Google Search
- Go to your Business Profile.
- Select More
Notifications.
- Find the notification you want to update.
- Next to the notification, you can turn it on or off.
Find your Business Profile notifications on the Google Maps app
- On your device, open the Google Maps app

- At the top right, tap Notifications

Stop notifications for unverified businesses
